Can you help me??

Please forgive me but I have been eavesdropping on this forum. A few years ago I purchased a Japanese Maple from a nursery near here that has since re-located. The Pictures that I am going to post are all of the same JM. One picture has some larger trees in the background so don't confuse them with the fore pic. This JM has beautiful orange to deep red spring leaves and is green in the summer but returns to this orange to deep red in the fall. This tree is Approx. 10 to 12 feet tall.. Maybe I am missing something. What do you want help with? Is it what to call the tree or its varietal name?

I was wondering if anyone knows it's botanical name. I know that I had her name when I bought this Japanese Maple but never kept it....Thanks for any help...Ellie
