I have it. Two of the girls who work for me have used it for two seasons and have a great routine. They remove the seedlings from the six packs and place them in 1020 trays. When they get to the field one uses the transplanter and the other drops the seedlings. That's all there is to it. They average 180 seedlings in just under an hour by hand and 400 an hour with the Hatfield. The only complaint I have is that it's not sharp enough to puncture IRT well unless the IRT is very taut (mine's never that good). Rather than fool around with it I use a small hand held torch to burn the holes.
