Sold out first week, but it was only 4 1/2 pounds. I've got 3 more waves like that and shouldn't have a problem selling it all, as long as I keep talking it up.

very nice display. did you recently harvest what you have or have you been keeping things in storage?

Nice! I tried it one year in the basement but my cats are so naughty. It is wicked expensive at the store so I wonder how it sells. I suppose it depends on the customers.

Storage items are garlic, onions, potatoes, squash and yakon. Everything else I pull from the field or greenhouse weekly. Today it didn't get above 35F yet everything is still holding well except for the fennel which has melted to a slime.
