Harvesting leaf lettuce

| I am doing a new salad mix for some customers. I have always just sold head lettuce in the past. This is the first time I have done leaf lettuce. How tall do you let the lettuce get before you harvest? Any help would be appreciated. |

| I let it get at least 2 inches though bigger is better. But not too big. |
