I am working on a few different business ventures and have a new constructed hoophouse 30x96' with about 2 acres of farmland for rent.

Please contact me if interested. The farm is located south of Traverse City Michigan. We have been using non chemical/pesticide practices for the last five years. The rent (base) is $333/month with a small % of revenue (this will cover hoophouse expense.

I also have an RV that can be rented out hooked up to electricity and some equipment including seeders, ect.
