selling dried herbs

Hi,

I'm looking into selling dried herbs next year - mostly things like raspberry leaves, lemon balm, oregano. I'm pretty sure this requires a commercial kitchen, but I can't find any specific information about what I need to do. Does anyone else have experience selling dried herbs? I'm in New Jersey.

this is a local issue and what the rules are here in VA may not apply in NJ. i wouldn't hesitate to sell dried herbs without a certified kitchen. there's no processing involved.
