yes probably and also way to high in nitrogen to get good flowers and fruit set. You really want to compost chicken manure for 4 to 6 months before using. And if you are selling these tomatoes for food as Organic you need 6 months between the last time any raw manure got on the ground and harvest and at, best, you would have 3 months.

But if you got them off by Feb and waited until June to plant you might be okay.

I do know when we have layers and made compost from their manure eventually our soils were really high in N and we started getting production problems with the fruit bearing crops and had to add a lot of P and K to the soil (and foliar feeding too)
