The recent post about one-man operations got me to thinking-

Are you a sole proprietor or an LLC? Do you hire "independant contractors" or employees? Do you use any sort of accounting software?

Any other questions and answers would be great! The rationale behind your decisions would be great, as well...

I am a single proprietor. I have no employees, and have hired an independent contractor in the past to build deer fences and put a floor in the chicken coop.
I don't want to be bigger than what I can handle.
My software is a pencil!
