anyone started plants in gh or ground

I live in S.W. MI and the weather has been great lately. Although I'm not dumb enough to believe that winter is over, I was wondering if anyone with same conditions has started planting seeds either in the gh or ground. I will be starting seeds in the gh, but would like to start carrots, radishes, peas, etc. but these don't transplant well. What are you doing?

I'm about 1 1/2 hr south of MI/IN state line, and I have started my tomatoes and peppers inside my house. My gh is not heated and this is my first year with it. As soon as you can work the ground, you can get the peas in. I am renting a tractor/tiller this weekend, and hoping to MAYBE get some peas in. Carrots, I not had any luck with them. radishes, I will try them in about 2 weeks along with my lettuces. I always plant the radishes in a row along side of my lettuces and spinach.

I have seen that we still have some below freezing temps in the next 2 weeks. Sure hope spring gets here fast.

I have started lettuces, spinach and beets in the gh. We put high tunnels over my raised beds so I am puttting beans, peas, carrots & radishes this week. I will also start peppers & tomatoes amoung others in the gh this week. I can heat the gh some so it doesn't freeze, don't know if I can keep it to 70 degrees at night though.

I planted (outside/unprotected) peas, spinach, lettuces, radishes, onion sets and turnip this week. I don't have luck with carrots. We might get a dusting of snow this weekend. It looks like we will miss the major part of the storm.
