How to Package for Restaurants?

How do you other small farms pack for restaurants?

One thing nice about FM vs. restaurants is that packing can be pretty casual and reusable, like well cleaned totes and ice coolers, leftover miscellaneous...and plastic bags. I even use sanitized (bleach washing) laundry baskets to move winter squash.

Having such a small farm. I don't want to really gear to mimic commercial packing or use recycled boxes( that's out right?). I'd really like to deliver in plastic totes appropriate to what I am delivering, but that might be inconvenient to the kitchen staff. I think they like to be able to fling boxes to the back of the kitchen and then crush them and be done with it when the shift is over.

Any suggestions?

Right now we are talking leeks, onions, beets,turnips, citrus, cabbage, but it will be all the typical summer stuff soon.
