Low tunnel question

I have a micro farm and grow all annual crops in raised beds. After reviewing my sales for the last few years, I'd like to have higher sales during the slowest time for us, June-August.

Question: What is the best and most cost effective way to secure shade cloth to 1/2" PVC pipe low tunnel? I would like something that could also work to secure plastic or greenhouse film in the winter to get a head start on spring/summer crops too.

Any suggestions? I looked at Snap Clamps at Johnny's & they seem to be the most cost effective, but shipping is high for such a small package. Just curious if there is an alternative to snap clamps.
