Has anyone tried selling/marketing shallot scapes. Today I was cutting the flower stalks off one of my varieties of shallots that likes to go to seed. I tried tasting it and it was actually quite good. I do sale the garlic scapes but was wondering if anyone had tried selling the shallot scapes.
