tomato hornworms/ pyganic or dipel

jay ..... suggested way back early winter that because I have only one high tunnel to replant with higher value crops which I did tomatoes and peppers.
last year I had a few tomato horn worms and was able to keep up by just picking them off they didn't show til early august but now I am just noticing them very tiny 1/4 inch maybe finding them because of the very small leaf holes.
Just wondered what is the best all around spray for them, that I could use on squash as well. Has anyone used Pyganic or Dipel DF both are listed for organic production and recommended by johnnys .... wondering which one to get that I could also use on kale as this year I am also noticing small cabbage worms on my kale.
Any suggestions is appreciated.
