This is my first year growing broccoli, and I went all out and planted 300.

First what is the going price on farmers market broccoli.
Second, what is the going rate for wholesale / resteraunt sales?

I think I am growing more that I can sell in one week at the farmers market.

I suggest you go to New Farm's weekly wholesale pricelist at: http://www.newfarm.org/opx/product.php?prid=59

It lists both the organic price and conventional price in several markets...
