I sell them with the tops, $3/bunch, between 3 and 7 to a bunch depending on how big they are.

Depends on how the tops look. If they are in bad shape, I take them off and put a pound of beets in a pint pulp till for $2.50. Otherwise, i sell a pound bunch (around 4 beets) with tops for $2.50

Yup, I sell mine with tops, 3 to a bunch if they're big or otherwise 4. $3.20 a bunch.
I still sell them this way once the greens get spotty but I'm considering moving to bagged bulk beets at that point.
