Taste one or two, plus as soon as mine start to get limp, they're chicken feed.

I have a 65 member CSA in So MN and have 300' of snow peas. They were in the shares last Thursday and I start picking them again on Friday morning. Here's how I do it:
I bring them in, spread them out in long cake or roasting pans, and then put them in the fridge. Several hours later, I divide them up into shares and place in plastic bags. Then right back into the fridge. I put them into the pans first, because if you put them into plastic bags, then into the fridge, they condensate too much and the bag is too wet. They'll get packed into the shares tonight, for delivery tomorrow. So some have been in the fridge for nearly a week, but they are still in great shape. I suspect they would last this way for two weeks at least. Hopes this helps.
