seascape questions

I have 4 rows 100 ft long of seascape strawberries. I planted them mid June last year. Did a poor job of weeding until I got the straw down. Now a year later they are booming!!

They are starting to make LOTS of runners. Do I keep them? Or do I cut them off?

If I cut them off can I replant them somewhere else for "seedstock"

Moral of the story is I want this patch to keep going and making big yummy berries.

Thanks for the help
