| My basil is getting a lot of disease this year and I was thinking of switching next year to wilt resistant Nufar basil. Has anyone had any experience with this variety?

| Mike: I planted the Nufar Basil this year. So far, so good. The plants look healthy, no deseases. I accidentally left them in the plug tray too long, so they didn't get off to a great start, but they are catching up now. Heidi |

| It's good as the disease resistance goes, but in my experience, it's color is a tad lighter & the leaf narrower. Doesn't look as nice as the basic 'Genovese' but works. Personally, I've experienced more & more disease problems w/ basil; in the past 5 years. Real bummer. |
