Anyone have an idea what the wholesalers are paying per pound for micro arugula? I know the restaurants are paying $20 for a 1/2 box. What percentage do the wholesalers work with from the farms?

Get a web site up and going. Make it look nice. Make it easy to order off the web site.

I can only guess that the wholeseller will only buy what he can sell or has already sold and will want to pay maybe half the price or less. they are looking to buy as cheap as possible and will squeeze growers and play one off against another. In general you do all the work and they make all the money.
