The number of WIC/Senior Nutrition we are taking in this year has fallen off a cliff. Seriously down - we took 2 coupons for $6 this week (compared to almost $700 this week last year). Talked to some other vendors and the same thing. Found out from the Public Health Office (they handle distrubution) there is a problem with printing the certificates (at least here) so only a trickle are going out. They "may" have it fixed in a week or so but no promises. The season is going to be short due to the dry weather and I have visions of them not starting to issue until everything is done. Is anyone else having seeing issuance delays or is this a local/state thing?? Just curious.
