Starting a CSA questions

Hi. I have a big organic garden and would like to start a small CSA next year. I don't know what a fair price would be to ask for a share, or how much I should pack into each share.

This year I grew (for our use and to give away) Summer and winter squash, Tomatoes (Roma, Old Man, and Cherry), Onions, Garlic, Sweet Corn, Potatoes, Cantaloupe, Watermelon, Rosemary, Orange Bell Peppers, and Pears. I also have honey from my bees.

For this fall, I'm planting lettuces, more herbs, radishes, oyster mushrooms, and carrots. Next year will be about the same, plus green beans (assuming it doesn't flood again).

So...

Is this a wide enough selection for a CSA?

Is there anything I should add?

Is there anything I should take away?

How much should I ask for a share?

How much should I put in a share?

I'm southeast of Nashville in La Vergne between Antioch and Smyrna.

Thanks very much!
