Microgreen business

Thanks for info. regarding where to purchase microgreen seeds. I'm thinking of trying to start a small business out of this. If anyone would be willing to share their expertise with me, I would greatly appreciate it.
I was wondering if:
Only organic seeds have to be used?
how many trays= 1 lb.?
What are the most popular types of microgreens to grow?
How much is usually charged/lb.?
Thanks

RE: Microgreen business

Johnny's has a great .pdf file on salad mix. I've linked it below.

Seeds don't have to be organic but I would make it a point to avoid treated seeds. I don't cut my salad greens into trays so I can't be helpful there. New Farm has a market index that might be helpful in pricing your mix. http://www.newfarm.org/opx

Here is a link that might be useful: Salad Mix Production
