Fresh Sage How to use it and sell it?

I have lots of sage, just regular old sage.
How can I use it fresh? How do I dry it and then use it?
How do I sell it?

Pinch off the fresh sprigs and hotglue them to a straw or wire wreath form. You could also use florist wire but I believe hot glue is way easier. They soon dry making a beautiful silvery Fall/Winter looking wreath that we have sold in the past at Fall arts and craft shows. Glue on some bittersweet or nandina or deciduous holly berrys or maybe some big red rose hips for some color. Dried everlastings like straw flowers might be a nice addition too. Maybe add a bow. I believe you can find wreath forms at Hobby Lobby. Let your imagination go with it.

Sage is wonderful with chicken and many vegetable dishes.

Use it fresh or dried. dry by pulling up whole plants and hanging from the roots out of direct light for a couple of weeks.

I sell mine fresh, bagged in small bunches, 4 to 5 stems cut about 6" long. get $1.50 a bag

Hi, I'm a NEWBIE HERE :) I use sage with pork. I rub it on pork chops, I also add it to my biscuits and gravy. Some poeple also burn sage for spiritual cleansing purposes. If you ever attend any native american events or pow wows you will find tons of sage being sold by vendors. New age shops also carry it.
