How much to charge for leeks?

Hello y'all: I'm pretty new to the forum, and have been enjoying some of the threads. Especially those related to pricing.

My question: I can't seem to find pricing information on leeks. Anywhere. Any help would be most appreciated! Also, do most folks bunch them, or sell them by the pound?

I don't grow them, but other vendors, at my market, get anywhere from 3/$1 to $2 each, depending upon size and the vendor's price range. One of the vendors is a much higher price range than the other. She consistently get 25% to 50% more than any of the rest of us can get. She's been around for over 17 years at this market.

I get $1 ea for big fall leeks and will probably charge $2 ea for the winter leeks which are much fatter.
