Winter CSA

Anyone else here doing a winter CSA?

I am doing one for the 4th time. It goes from early Nov to the end of January. On farm pick up every other week. I use a mix of storage produce (taters, onions, wither squash, garlic, dried beans, popcorn, roots, etc., and greens and fruit from several hoophouses) I charge $350 for 7 pick-ups.

I was planning back in July to have 20 members but a very hot and dry summer (and now fall) meant a marked decrease in yields of the storage stuff and it has been very difficult to get the fall crops going (but we are making head way due to many hours daily of hand watering plus drip irrigation but still we should have about 5x more than we do and everything is coming in late) so limited the CSA to just 5 members.
