Hi, I am curious what the going rate for gourds might be. I have a whole bunch and was told to try and sell them to one of the local markets. but, i don't know how to price them. I looked at other posts, but they were from a few yrs ago. I will be going out to a farm tomorrow and can check there but i am being impatient and curious now. i spose i could call and ask. any help would be appreciated.

| Tanya, I only just came across your post, I usually stick to the cutting garden forum, and information this late may not be of any use. A woman next to me at market this past season was selling her birdhouse gourds for $2 each. Undecorated and not drilled. She did not sell many, I think people like to have them at least with the bird hole in them and the insides cleaned out. Dont know if this helps. Kat |
