Winter garden in the High Tunnels, pics

Despite several cold nights, things are growing very well in the high tunnels. I have been tearing out peppers and tomatoes as they slowly give up. I have tons of transplants to go right back into their spots.

Here is a pic I took the other night. Lots of transplants to the left. I think there are 17 flats, but who is counting. I did get some of them planted yesterday. Another flat or two will be transplanted tonight in another building.

We have been pulling carrots for two weeks now. They have been great!

Looking good jrslick. I am in the process of building a Hightunnel myself. Hoping to get it up in time to try some Fall/Winter growing.

you may have answered this before, but do you start all your seed? Have you talked about that?

Anyways, I love your set up and always look forward to your pics.

Also, congrats on the new one!

We start all our own plants from seed or direct seed them all. Nobody follows our planting schedule, so we have to plant and produce our seedlings on our time schedule. Also, we can get the varieties that we want.
