I am looking into buying a pepper roaster for next years market. How much does everyone see the peppers selling for? I would think its by the pound or half pound right? Thanks in advance.

I am also in WV. Guessing from your name, are you in Boone Co. and what market do you sell at?

Your idea sounds great. I think it would take off.

if it's anything like it is here, check with the board of health about permits, etc before you buy anything.
They are so strict around here but they don't know anything. They always have to "consult" with someone else and "find out" regulations before they will issue you anything. So start talking to them now if you want to be able to sell by next summer!
