 o
seeds at market

Hi,
Having many people comment on different types of
veggies sold at markets, I have a strange questions.
Are there any restrictions any selling seeds to people
who would like to grow their own? I'm not talking
about local market restrictions, but US restrictions
on seed sales. Sometimes people have never even heard of
some of the veggies grown and are interested in trying it
themselves.
Thanks

Wally

I suggest you ask the Extension Service this question - I know there are some labelling requirements for things like germination rates, etc. but don't know if they only apply in certain sizes.

There are seed laws. My state requires a license.
