Fall Garlic

I live in Zone 8. North Texas.

I planted my fall bulbs(garlic, tulips, anemone) on October first.

We have been exceptionally warm and I have noticed my garlic and some of my tulips are growing already(almost 8inches).

I have read that the tulips should be fine, but may produce a smaller flower come spring.

However, should I be concerned about my garlic? Will I need to plan a late season harvest and replant when it is cooler?

We are expecting our first freeze tomorrow night, but then we are back into the 70's.

What should I do?

You did fine. Your garlic should be up and growing by now and will slow down its growth when the temps drop and winter sets in. It won't be damaged by the cold.
