Any new plans, goals or changes for yourself as an MG or your unit as whole?

So far this year our unit has done away the coordinator position. The agent, who is a great guy, is going to be more involved with the group. The overwhelming majority of us feel this is a wise move on his part and will help the unit function much more efficiently.

As a unit we're also reviewing all our projects and programs. We're only half way through the list but have already seen some changes. Most of them are positive and some.....we're waiting to see.
