Help -Id Green Perennial Plant on left

Fellow master gardeners..
Does any one out there know what this
perennial bush is? It is growing in zone
5 and comes back each year..

Hi
Sure is a beautiful picture. Does it flower at all? It reminds me of a variety of tansy but not sure. It looks very well behaved for tansy tho altho some of the new varieties are much better that way.An other ideas?

its a tanacetum, most likely T. vulgare 'Isla Gold'
tansy to USA people. Can run when growing well.
