 o
dog proof outdoor plants

Posted by syllabus (My Page) on

I've had a request for a list of plants that dogs will not harm in the landscape. I can find lists of poisionous plants but am looking for landscape plants that dogs tend to leave alone. Things that dogs tend to not dig up or urinate on. Or if they do urinate on them... the plants are not badly effected.

I realize a lot can be done by training your dog to leave specific areas alone, raised beds, ornamental fencing, etc...

Thanks!

I think you answered yourself; it's a matter of training. The dog doesn't care what kind of plant he's peeing on.
