MG projects & assessments

| Like many other MG programs, ours is looking for ways to be more effective. To that end, we're reviewing what qualifies as a project and how to assess its value to the community.
If your program has lists of projects, I'd love to see them. Some websites have links to them, but most don't. And how are your programs evaluating outcomes? Are you asked to simply count the number of contacts? Do you have some way of assessing behavioral changes?
Any information you can pass along would be MUCH appreciated. |

| I have a school scout community project with two flower beds it is one that was daring to get stated with permission from a school who didn't know me or want me to help in the local park owned by the school but with vollenteer written permission each yr. they have gave there trust an key to the park project with MG help and area kids we have worked hard to put in 2 perennial and annual beds and it is very nice after about 5 yrs. everything is maturing nicly we are working on trees now. It is always a challange to get help, some from church, scout troops and friends has been helpful. my hubby and are are both MG. |
