Please help me ID this plant!

Can anyone name this plant please!
It grew from some seeds we were given but don't remember the name of the seeds.
It grew 6 feet tall and now has 3 of those green balls on it!
Are these seeds pods and what plant do you think it is!
Thanks so much for looking!
Catherine

You have a Datura there. It is a lovely plant, blooming either white, yellow, or purple.
One thing to be aware of is that this plant is poisonus, all parts. Don't let blooms or leaves fall into the dog's water. Don't let kids play with parts.
A member of the Jimsomweed family, kin to the brugmansia, or 'Angel's Trumpet'
