| Several of us in Napa, Ca. have taken classes in public access tv. We plan to make a show and have it run at various times over the period of a month. The UC office is paying for this training. Only one member is taking editing. I plan to take the directors class and then we will do some experimenting.

| Public Access TV has been a misnomer for me. I made a music video then had an awful time just finding a number for the station then had more frustration getting someone to answer the phone but finally was told they would accept nothing "I" filmed. it had to be something their directors approved and filmed themselves. No director has ever contacted me. So I hope your experience with so called Public Access TV is better than mine here in Georgia. |

| The biggest problem so far is that public access is only with Comcast which only reaches a portion of this county and mostly city people. They are working to get into more homes. Penny |
