Is is too late to plant peas in southern Maine

| We just finished putting in our raised beds, and I haven't planted a thing yet - although I do have most of my plants, HOWEVER, I would really like to plant a small area of peas (mostly for the grandkids) Is it too late? |

| You have plenty of time. My second crop will be planted in early July. |
