Opalka tomato plants

Due to a cat-caused tomato tragedy, I'm looking for some Opalka tomato seedlings. If anyone has seen that variety in a garden center in the central or mid-coast Maine area, please let me know.
Also, if you need a cute, loving cat, have I got a deal for you! (ok, just kidding. This time.)

RE: Opalka tomato plants

I have grown Opalka lots of years and think it is the best-flavored paste tomato ever! Very sweet. This year I am growing something new so don't have any Opalka seedlings.

I never see them for sale anywhere. But maybe you will find someone who does.

Maybe it's possible you could re-start some seedlings? If you could put them on some heat to get them sprouted fast, you will probably have enough time to grow them out to get plenty of tomatoes before the season is over.
