| I should have posted this earlier, but we've got a really nice garden tour today in northern York County, (Biddeford, Saco, and Biddeford Pool) 9am to 3pm. We pride ourselves on featuring "working" gardens, where the homeowner does the work, the gardens are not professionally landscaped. 10 really inspiring gardens.
Tickets on sale this morning til noon or so at the Dyer Library, 371 Main St. (Rt. 1). The weather's great! |

| No not this year! The first year we had the tour, I was on the tour AND was the "chief organizer". Spent so much time with the other gardens/gardeners, plus publicity, etc., that, needless to say, my garden was in a more "natural" state. Barely had time to deadhead before the tour! It was a great day, perfect weather. All of the gardeners, esp. those who were on the tour for the first time, had a wonderful time. |
