I'm looking for a shrub that will maintain it's leaves throughout the winter. I already have PJ's that are lovely in front of my rock wall but I would like something in the dwarf variety to put in front/between the PJ's. Any suggestions?

Hi daylilylady! Mountain laurel? My 'Nathan Hale' is only supposed to reach 4'. Likes same part shade conditions as rhodies.

Then there are many dwarf azaelas, I have a white one, name unknown, that is only about 1' high, if you're really talking short.
