Master Gardener Training for Kennebec & Waldo Counties

Become a part of the local food movement!

The U Maine Cooperative Extension Service's Master Gardening Training will be offered this fall on the Colby College campus in Waterville, ME on Wednesday and some Monday afternoons from 4- 7:30. When you complete this course, you will have all the skills and knowledge needed to be a successful gardener.

Applicants will need to complete 40 hours of community service to gain certification from this program.

For more information about the program, see the UMCE website linked below. I took the class in 2010 and found it very helpful, and a great way to meet like-minded individuals
