I do. You can plant spinach and a few other cold weather greens. You can extend the season a little longer by using a low tunnel. I'll plant the last of my spinach in the greenhouse over the weekend. I currently have beets, carrots, turnip, spinach, several lettuces, tatsoi, pac choi and a few peas growing in a greenhouse.

The growing season comes to an end for me in mid December when the days are very short and the plants go dormant. Between now and then some will die because it will get too cold for them to bounce back. The season restarts in February when the days are longer.

DH thinks he can build something to go over the raised bed to let light in and keep heat it- since we don't have a greenhouse is that a good idea?
