Happy New Year to all! We were very disappointed that we didn't have a white Christmas. Love to watch a good snow storm. Then comes the fun part...sleding and snowboarding, skating, snowball fights and warming up with hot cocoa or cider. I like to measure snow in feet not inches! NancyLouise

Thanks, Maineman! I would really like to see a goodly amount of snow up in my area---seems like my garden survives SO much better with a good snow cover. On the other hand, maybe we should be careful what we wish for---don't want to end up like those poor folks in Colorado. . .

I'm excavating a spot for a new lean-to greenhouse, so I don't mind this freaky mild weather at all. I understand there is some really cold arctic air accumulating up north for an assault on us in a few days. So I'm trying to get as much done as I can before the cold weather hits.
