Best seed selection in MD?

I moved to MD in the late summer of 2009 but I didn't garden because I lived in a tiny apartment. I just moved to a beautiful house out in the country and I'm ready to get some serious gardens going (vegetable and flower). Since I'm still kind of new to the area I was looking for suggestions on who (locally) has good seed selections? I'm in Mt. Airy (between B-more and Fredrick) but I work in Rockville and Mrs. sdrawkcab works in Beltsville just past College Park so we're all over the place on a regular basis. I remember the Behnke on Rt. 1 has a pretty decent spring seed selection but who else has a selection worth checking out?

On a related note- Is there a local seed exchange for PA/MD/DC/VA people? I know there is a whole GW forum about seed trading but it seems like there are enough 'local' people that a face-to-face seed swap could be possible.

Have you noticed the exchange page on this forum? Some of us also did a seed swap in early January.

And our local biggie is the Spring Swap, usually at Gardenganma's in Burtonsville, looks like mayybe May 14 where there will be seeds, plants, garden stuff, food and good company.
