We buried our little cat, Missy, down by one of our flowerbeds. Having her put to sleep was a tuff one. She had lived with us for 23 yrs. A good cat. Never a problem. My wifes constant companion. We believe God gave us that little cat because He knew we needed her. I hope we took good care of her. She will be missed. Steve in Baltimore County

Steve, I am sorry for your loss. My kitties are my children. I love them very dearly. Our oldest (Crissy) is almost 18 and going through chronic renal failure. Everyone remarks that she is that old. You are truly blessed to have had so long with your baby. When you see the butterflies in the flower bed by her, just think of her doing her little kitty butt shake and getting ready to pounce. With sympathy and understanding, Jen

Steve, I don't know you and you don't know me, but I wanted to tell you how sorry I am about Missy's death. My own cat is sitting on my lap as I type. He is my constant companion as Missy was your wife's. I only hope I get that many years with him! My condolences, Diana Lynn

Steve, I know how tuff it is to lose a beloved cat. The hardest part is hoping you didn't wait too long or not long enough. A few years back I had to put my 21 year-old Merlin cat to sleep. I still miss him like I know you'll miss Missy. They leave a hole in hearts. You are in my thoughts. KimKa
