Wild Blackberry, most likely Yankee Blackberry aka Rubus flagellaris (northern dewberry)

5) Fennel - grows about 3 feet tall. Has a brown looking beard in the middle. Comes back every year. Beautiful plant. Great herb with cooking with rock fish. Have 2 plants for swap.
