Please post the name of the dish (with a brief description, if you wish) that you are entering in the Salsa competition. This category includes both fresh and cooked salsas. You may enter as many different dishes as you like.

Kim's Sweet, Hot Salsa

But this will have to be made with store-bought tomatoes (or at least farmer's market) unless I can get a donation from a gardener, since between the deer and the shade I can't grow tomatoes at home.

Store-bought tomatoes are OK; we realize that not everybody can grow their own. I will mention this on the "Call for Entries" post.
