wanted: vlad's ride canceled - arg!

Just popped the cocoa-raisin-banana bread in the oven and an Italian loaf with homegrown rosemary and basil in the bread maker when i got a phone call. My neighbor, who was going to drive us to the swap, had an emergency and had to cancel. My regular driver is away for the weekend at a horse training workshop.

So, i am stranded down here in Aquasco (the extreme SE corner of PG Country.)

(Unless the thought of fresh baked cakes andbreads can lure somone else to drive me... But this is really last-minute, so i doubt it.)

Y'all have fun at the swap and i'll see you next spring.
Happy gardening,

Had I checked the forum earlier, I could have picked you up. I live in Bowie. I'm sorry about that and I hope you enjoyed your baked goodies. They sounded delicious.

Well, since I couldn't go either, and misery loves company, all I can say is: I'm glad I was in such good company :-).

See you at the spring swap, Vlad, if not earlier!
