Petunias still alive after 2 hard frost -- anyone??

I have petunias that are still green in my front yard - no flowers but the plants look great!! DH planted these in May 2007 and they bloomed all summer long. I have never had petunias that did not die with first hard frost & we have had 2 frosts so far (low 20's). Anyone here have experience with this?? Will they flower in 2008 or should I pull them and plant new?? They are wave type.

I've got some in a window box that are still blooming! Mine are wave too.

Petunias are actually perennials that we grow as annuals because they're too tender for our zone. (Pelargoniums too.) February will be here soon to finish them off :)
