Warm weather and effect on magnolia and trees

I am enjoying this warm weather since I had several Green Giants planted in November and transplanted some Norway Spruces, a Magnolia Soulangiana (Alexandrina)and a Zelcova Tree (Geen Vase). I know this weather is good for root establishment, but will the Magnolia bloom earlier than expected due to this warm winter weather? There is an abundance of the warm, fuzzy buds, thought not big enough to burst into a flower. Will I lose the flowers if they start to open slowly and then we get a freeze, which is what will probably happen.

I had the lawn aerated and seeded in the fall, so I am hoping the new grass that sprouted in the fall will continue to grow into the spring, unless we get a freeze.

Your thoughts are appreciated. Thanks.
